Lawyer Maurice Ampaw, who has been declared Presidential candidate for the 2024 elections has giving us an insight into the kind of country he might run if he ever became President.

Ampaw is well regarded as a strict authoritarian on s*x related problems and one case in point is remarks he has just made about moaning during the action.

According to him, moaning and making noise during s*x is a crime as it’s causing a public nuisance.

Ampaw told Lexis Bill on Joy FM:

“Why is it that you are having s*x and I cannot sleep? In a compound house, they are having s*x with you and everybody cannot sleep, you are infringing upon their rights to privacy and you are committing a crime and a wrong to them because you are committing what we call s*xual nuisance,” he said.

“Everything that makes noise, everything that makes you uncomfortable is a nuisance. There are some girls when they are having s*x and you are passing on the streets, you will hear them moaning and screaming.

“If you are enjoying, enjoy but don’t come and infringe on [my rights]…We must put a stop to it,” he added.

Ampaw also blasted men who do the same thing whilst having s*x, saying they're worse than animals that are even able to control themselves whilst in the act of s*x.

Ampaw also emphatically told Lexis that he will run for President in 2024.
