Is A Curse Being A Leader In Ghana- MUSIGA President Obour by atoluwash(m) : 12:18 pm On Sep 29, 2017 |
President of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Bice Osei Kuffour, more commonly called Obour, has denied reports he is a covetous chap chopping all of the cash at MUSIGA.
As stated by the hiplife artiste, these allegations stem from his enemies that wish to bring him down, and which he states happens to each individual in a leadership position in Ghana. Obour was talking} in reaction to allegations that he has squandered Ghc 2m given by government to MUSIGA. Obour claims the money was used to conduct an in depth research into the industry. “I’m not greedy… It’s looking as if it’s a canker to decide to lead in any form in this country,†he said. He added: “I put my career on the line to lead MUSIGA. My mom has been worried but it’s a decision I have made to lead. People are accusing me with no substance. People are just inciting others against me. I think we should do further probing in some of these allegations so we make educative comments.†Obour said that he sees his leadership as a success, also revealed that after his tenure in MUSIGA, he would go return to full time music.
